User Guide

International remittance are based on different laws which necessarily requires personal identification documents. For Member registration as well as guest registration please provide with required personal identification documents.

Documents for ID verifications

Personal identity card works as an evidence/verification document during registration.

Address, name, date of birth must be visible and should match with the information you have provided for member registration.
Please confirm that it's valid and unexpired. Your identification card will only be accepted if it is valid and unexpired.
Please confirm that the document number is visible
Please confirm that the official seal is visible
Please send us copies of both front and back side of the identification document.
※If there is any update made, please confirm the official seal.

Please confirm that the symbols and numbers are visible

Please confirm that it is issued within 6 months
Please confirm that the official seal is visible even if it's in appendix.
Please send us copies of both front and back. Please be reminded that your photo should be shown on the ID.

Please confirm that your address is visible.
Valid only if issued by the Japanese Government.
If there is any information of someone else (such as emergency contact information, etc.) please provide the information.

While presenting the copy of Individual Number Card (Both front and back), it works as Personal ID verification. Thus, other document is not required.

Ways to submit a copy of your personal ID and My Number

There are four ways of submitting your documents:upload, attach to E-mail, send to the post and send by fax.
※While submitting the copy of My Number Card, please follow up with the upload method.

STEP1 Take Photo: Please prepare a scanned copy (image file) or a photocopy of your ID and My Number
※Please provide the copy of both sides.; Save format

STEP2 Send by uploading the scanned or captured image: ①Click the “Browse” button and select an image from the folder
②Lastly, Click “OK” button

Please enter “Member ID”, “Name”, “Address”, “Contact Information” in the body of E-mail.

※If the current address is listed on the back side, please send the copy of back side also.; ※The company requires you to resend the copy of documents that is unclear and missing.

Stamp is not required when downloading the envelope from website.

Customers should pay for shipping fee if they are using their own type of envelop

STEP1 Copy the personal identification document: Please copy the selected personal identification document with a copy machine.
Please fax the copied paper.
※Please send the back side if the current address is listed on the back side.।; ※The company requires you to resend the copy of documents that is unclear and missing.
※In the case of a driver's license, the expiration date portion may be blackened and may not be readable. Please copy at a concentration lower than the standard one.

STEP2Please fax the copied paper: 03-335-0029; [Notes on sending ]
Please be sure to write “"Member ID" "Name" "Address" "Contact Number" in empty space of the copied paper. Please check the sending side (front side, back side) and send it.
