How to verify your identity
You can submit by uploading or emailing.
After confirmation by the operator, a "Welcome Letter" will be sent to your home.
※ It will take approximately 2 to 5 business days for the "Welcome Letter" to be delivered.
Please take a photo of the identification document you have selected using your mobile phone or other device.
