Starting from January 1,2016,Law on the use of personal number in administrative procedures" has been enforced.
Based on the "Law on Tax report"(the submission of records concerning overseas remittances etc. for securing proper taxation of domestic taxes",
from January 1, 2016, all financial institutions require to confirm the personal number to customers who make "overseas remittance" for the purpose of preparing legal record work.
Due to the above reason, please submit the "documents on personal number" in the following ways.

Also, for customers who have already registered before December 31, 2015,
we will guide you to submit your personal number so we appreciate your cooperation.

▼ Ways to submit the documents

(1) Upload
Please upload the scanned or captured image of the required document that has been saved in your computer.
Member customers can upload from the My Page screen after log in.
Guest user should upload from remittance information inquiry page after application for remittance.

(2) Attach to mail
Please send the both sided copy of personal identification document and personal number document to the company address.
